Ingredients

Scale 1x2x3x

  • ½ cup steamed carrots
  • ½ apple, steamed
  • 12 ounces water
  • handful of spinach
  • 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
  • 3–4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Steam the carrots and apple for 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water to cool down.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  3. Blend until smooth, adding water if desired to make it less thick.
